This is going to sound so nitpicky, so apologies firstly for that, but these videos are so great aside from the pronunciation of grape varieties and the German wine regions. I think a brief bit of practice on that front would really improve the immersiveness of the videos overall.

I heard acid and medium aroma intensity and was like Silvaner :) If it is basically Riesling without the explosive aroma its probably Silvaner

Bitter phenolics are not part of the aroma, only palate. It is why we call them bitter phenolics

I feel like a good barometer for how much of a true master someone is in this profession is by their reaction when they get it wrong. In my eyes, the true masters are always deeply excited to be surprised by something and learn something new/refine their skills, whereas the amateurs make excuses. This series is great!
